Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting early learners as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC in a dynamic educational environment. This assignment, situated within a welcoming Minnesota district, focuses on Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) for students ages 3-5. You’ll engage with dedicated colleagues and families to foster communication success for our youngest learners.

Beginning in late August 2026 and continuing through early June 2027, you’ll work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week. This collaborative role values professionals who are passionate about helping children find their voices at a critical stage in their development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota SLP license (must be submitted with your resume for consideration)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
  • Prior experience working as an SLP in a school setting, ideally with early childhood populations
  • Strong analytical, assessment, and communication skills
  • A commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging learning environments

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language services to ECSE students aged 3-5
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and track student progress
  • Collaborate closely with special education teams, families, and other related service providers
  • Support the development and implementation of effective therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely documentation
