The position is onsite and best suited for a professional comfortable managing varied caseloads and referrals, with a preference for those experienced in school-based service delivery.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in California (CFs welcome; SLPAs not accepted)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in California schools required
  • At least 1 year of expertise using SEIS
  • Prior experience supervising SLPAs, particularly with facilitator support, is preferred
  • Strong ability to independently manage high caseloads and respond to numerous referrals
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are an asset, though not required
  • Comfortable working solely onsite (no virtual or remote options)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, interventions, and therapy services for a diverse student population
  • Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs and support facilitators when assigned
  • Maintain precise records and documentation via SEIS
  • Engage in regular communication with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Adapt services to meet the broad needs of a high-volume caseload

This role features a 37.5-hour workweek and the support of knowledgeable team members. Bilingual candidates receive a higher hourly rate in recognition of their valuable language skills.
