School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Aransas Pass, Texas

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants on the scenic southeast Texas coast. This full-time position (40 hours per week) blends supervision and hands-on work, making an impact across one or more campuses. While on-site providers are favored, virtual SLPs with strong credentials are also welcome to apply. Please indicate your preferred work setting with your application.

In this role, you’ll primarily supervise district SLPAs, guiding their professional development and supporting high-quality service delivery. Standard SLP responsibilities—such as assessments, IEP participation, and direct intervention—will likely be included. You’ll collaborate closely with district leadership and gain experience with the Frontline/E-Sped platform, an essential system for documentation and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license in good standing
• SLP experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with the Frontline/E-Sped platform
• Ability to complete required Texas fingerprinting process quickly
• Strong supervisory or mentorship experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and supervise district SLPAs
• Deliver direct and indirect SLP services to students (age group and caseload details to be assigned)
• Participate in assessments, IEP teams, and progress monitoring
• Maintain timely, compliant records
• Communicate effectively with educational teams and families
