Physician - OB Laborist (Part-time)
Job Description
Our organization is excited to present a fantastic full-time opportunity (approximately seven 24-hour shifts monthly) or part-time position (around four 24-hour shifts monthly) for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Laborist physician. This role is based at our expanding Laborist practice within a well-regarded medical center located in Mishawaka, Indiana.
As part of a mission-driven organization, you will be joining a highly supportive and award-winning birthing center that features a Level III NICU. The facility handles a significant number of deliveries each month, equipped with eight labor rooms, four antepartum rooms, and 15-20 postpartum rooms. Laborists can anticipate managing 20-25 deliveries monthly, which may include C-sections.
Our medical center offers a range of in-house services, including a laboratory, ultrasound facilities, and 24-hour dedicated OB anesthesia, along with Maternal Fetal Medicine available five days a week. It is important to note that Laborists are not required to cover Gyn ED calls.

Qualifications- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Two to three years of experience required (five years preferred)
- Spanish language skills are advantageous
