Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting K-12 students in a hybrid role with both on-site and remote flexibility. You'll play a vital part in enhancing the educational experience for students, collaborating with educators and families to promote academic, emotional, and social success.

This contract runs from August 10, 2026, to May 28, 2027, providing a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Enjoy hybrid flexibility—three days on-site and two days working remote—supporting a manageable caseload of 50-60 students. This setting encourages innovation and work-life balance while fostering meaningful, ongoing relationships within the school community.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active Texas School Psychologist Certification
  • Experience with K-12 populations highly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and consultative skills
  • Ability to conduct a variety of assessments and contribute to IEP development
  • Expertise in counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral recommendations

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and educational assessments for K-12 students
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student growth and learning
  • Develop intervention strategies and participate in the implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavior support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and legal requirements
