Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a school or educational support role preferred
- Ability to work effectively with children of various ages and abilities

- Patience, empathy, and adaptability to changing student needs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education or related field a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with instructional activities, classroom management, and organization
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring individual learning needs are met
- Support students with both academic and behavioral goals, reinforcing positive behaviors
- Help implement and adapt lessons, materials, and activities
- Monitor classroom environments to foster safety and inclusiveness
- Document observations and support the assessment of student progress as needed
