A school in Rochester, New York is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse population of K-12 students, along with some adult clients, in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct speech and language therapy services.
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Caseload
K-12 students with some adult clients.
Individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
Wide range of communication needs and support levels.
Qualifications
Active New York Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Experience with developmental disabilities and/or autism preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Education
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
