Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid and active SLP license for California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in school settings
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in meetings and contribute to comprehensive student support plans
- Document all services in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
