School-Based Physical Therapist - Temecula, CA

Make an impact as a part-time Physical Therapist supporting students and staff for the full 26/27 academic year. Located near Temecula, CA, this contract opportunity provides flexibility and the chance to make life-changing differences with both in-person and virtual services. As the school year begins, you'll deliver essential direct therapy to new students, followed by scheduling direct sessions either bi-weekly or monthly. Your expertise will also help support IEPs and collaborative meetings virtually, allowing you to maintain a flexible schedule.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in California (required)
• Experience with school-based or pediatric PT preferred
• Ability to adapt to both direct and virtual service delivery
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for IEP meetings and collaboration
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse abilities and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to students, starting immediately at the beginning of the academic year
• Collaborate with educational teams and participate in IEP meetings, both in-person and virtually
• Evaluate students’ needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Maintain appropriate documentation in compliance with education laws and standards
• Adjust service schedules bi-weekly or monthly, based on student needs and provider availability
