This full-time contract opportunity offers 30 hours per week at a single site, working exclusively with elementary and PreK students in the Moss Landing and Watsonville area. Key qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Experience working in school settings, especially with elementary and PreK students
  • Strong collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, administrators, and families
  • Ability to develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
  • Passion for fostering growth and independence in young learners
  • Please note: COTAs are not being considered for this position

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating students to determine their strengths and areas for growth
  • Designing and delivering direct occupational therapy services in both individual and group sessions
  • Supporting the development of fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and legal guidelines
  • Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Providing resources and education to staff and families to help students achieve their fullest potential
