Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly desired
• Knowledge of evaluation tools, IEP processes, and progress monitoring
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practices and student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans through the IEP process
• Provide direct therapy services to prek-12 students, both on-site and via teletherapy as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to documentation requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a key educational team member
• Stay current on best practices and professional standards in school-based SLP services
