Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly desired
- Knowledge of evaluation tools, IEP processes, and progress monitoring
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Strong commitment to evidence-based practices and student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans through the IEP process
- Provide direct therapy services to prek-12 students, both on-site and via teletherapy as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to documentation requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a key educational team member
- Stay current on best practices and professional standards in school-based SLP services
