Make a meaningful impact by supporting students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting. Dedicated professionals are needed for full-time contract roles serving either Early Intervention or K-12 populations. With caseloads that are both engaging and rewarding, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help children reach their fullest potential.

Requirements & Preferred Background:

  • Active PA Speech-Language Pathologist Certification and Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required at the time of application.
  • Experience in schools preferred; all applicants must be SLPs (no SLPAs).
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered if your agency covers supervision fees.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
  • Desire to work onsite—virtual options not available for these roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech/language therapy for your assigned caseload, including students with regular education, autistic support, or special education needs.
  • For K-12 (Role A): Serve North Eastern School District students, split between two elementary schools (Conewango & Mt. Wolf), Monday to Friday, 8am–3:30pm (35 hours weekly).
  • For Early Intervention (Role B): Support children ages 3–5 in New Oxford/Gettysburg, Monday to Friday, 8am–3:30pm on a year-round calendar with frequent breaks. Includes weekly paperwork time.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Engage collaboratively with school personnel and families.
  • Participate in relevant meetings and case management activities.
