Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth in a vibrant school environment near Fremont, CA. This role begins August 13th and continues through June 11th, working onsite exclusively—no virtual or hybrid arrangements—helping learners build essential speech and language skills.

What You Bring:

  • Valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential for Language, Speech, & Hearing, or equivalent California credential
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Certification as an SLP-CCC highly valued
  • Prior experience delivering school-based speech therapy (preferred)
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Commitment to providing onsite support throughout the contract, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to support student academic and social success
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on student progress
  • Maintain required records, assessments, and progress notes with accuracy and timeliness
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive therapy environment onsite
