Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; consideration given to strong CFY candidates
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and willingness to provide virtual services, if needed
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Document interventions, outcomes, and ongoing needs in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and consultations as needed
This contract position offers a chance to work closely with district leadership—a meeting with the assistant director will help further tailor your caseload to evolving speech needs. Clinical Fellows will receive supervision and guidance to ensure a positive CFY experience.
