We're seeking two highly motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for contract roles in an engaging school environment: one full-time for the entire school year, and a second SLP to provide coverage for a 0.8 FTE maternity leave from August 19 through September 30. These placements offer the chance to work collaboratively with educators and families to help students reach their communication goals.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (SLP-CCC) and eligibility to practice in Ohio
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong foundations in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, teachers, and families
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and maintain comprehensive documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds
  • Assess, diagnose, and track student progress with varied communication, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for student support and inclusive education
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop and implement targeted interventions
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and school policies
