School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elmendorf, Texas

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility for Texas SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and/or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are both welcome
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and families
• Commitment to providing individualized and evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult with educators, staff, and parents to support student progress and classroom success
• Offer support and guidance across a diverse caseload spanning various age groups and communication needs
• Participate in team meetings, staff development, and professional learning opportunities
