Resource Management & Care Planning:
- Plan proactively throughout the entire patient care journey.
- Contribute to developing protocols that enhance patient experiences and minimize readmissions.
- Ensure the effective and efficient use of time, personnel, and resources.

Education:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Required).
- BSN from an accredited institution (Preferred).

Licenses & Certifications:
- RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) — Required.
- BLS from AHA — Required.
- ACLS — Required.
- National Certification in your specialty — Preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg experience — Required.
- Experience with computer data entry — Required.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems — Preferred.

Essential Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technology tools.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure—skilled in managing fast-paced situations and clinical emergencies.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making skills.
