Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience or completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Proficiency in providing therapy both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with educators, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in one-on-one, small group, or virtual formats
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as required, maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to implement strategies that enhance communication and learning outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and family consultations
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
