What you’ll bring:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting
- Knowledge of delivering services via teletherapy platforms
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Commitment to providing inclusive, student-centered therapy
- Familiarity with IEPs and school documentation processes
- Organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload independently
- Flexibility and adaptability within a multidisciplinary team
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
- Provide speech and language therapy both onsite and via teletherapy when required
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Document progress and maintain meticulous records in alignment with school district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on speech and language needs
