Per Diem Retail Pharmacist | Cleveland, Ohio

This per diem role offers the opportunity to administer flu shots at onsite clinics across various local businesses in the Cleveland area. The assignment spans approximately eight weeks, beginning September 24, with 1-2 days of work per week and shifts lasting 2-7 hours. Flexibility is essential, as clinic days and hours will vary week to week. Assignments will be located on both the East and West sides, requiring travel to multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer flu vaccinations efficiently and safely at onsite flu clinics
• Coordinate with clinic staff and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all protocols regarding vaccine storage, handling, and administration
• Document vaccination records accurately and maintain compliance with state regulations
• Exhibit flexibility in scheduling, as client needs may fluctuate weekly

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Ohio with a BSP degree (PharmD preferred)
• Current Ohio Pharmacist license required prior to start
• Active BLS certification and immunization delivery certification mandatory before beginning
• Experience administering flu shots highly desirable
• Proficiency with Epic software system preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods while administering vaccines
• Travel to various business locations within Cleveland's East and West sides
