In this contract position, you’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing targeted Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) both one-on-one and in small group settings. Key Qualifications:

• Active and verifiable RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Successful completion of a fingerprint criminal background check and Virginia Department of Social Services child abuse registry check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 30 lbs and providing physical assistance to students as necessary.
• Preferred: Minimum one year of experience as an RBT in public schools or pediatric settings.

• Implement individual academic, behavioral, and social skill-acquisition plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately document student progress and targeted behaviors using district-approved data systems.
