Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and valid NC Speech-Language Pathologist License (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in school-based environments preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Consult with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain thorough records on student performance and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Position Details:
- Contract position from August 17th, 2026 through June 4th, 2027
- Commitment of 30 hours per week, four days weekly
