- Comfortable collecting data and reporting on student progress
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct ABA therapy to students, either one-on-one or in small groups
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
- Accurately collect behavioral data and maintain documentation
- Work collaboratively with educators and school staff to support students’ goals
- Participate in regular training sessions, meetings, and supervision as required
- Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a positive and respectful environment
