Step into a pivotal role supporting students in specialized Autism and Early Years Programs. This contract opportunity offers behavior professionals the chance to make a tangible impact within a dedicated school environment. From August 24, 2026, through June 16, 2027, you'll be on-site, working 37.5 hours each week across a varied schedule filled with collaboration and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • For BCBA candidates: Active BCBA certification is required (verification link available upon request)
  • School-based experience strongly preferred for all applicants
  • For Behavior Specialists: DE PARA Permit required, with a relevant degree
  • Background in ABA programs highly valued, especially for those progressing toward BCBA certification
  • Demonstrated expertise in behavior support, data collection, and implementing intervention strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent behavioral support tailored to the needs of students with moderate to severe cognitive challenges
  • Contribute to program development, data collection, and the monitoring of student progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary school teams to craft, implement, and refine behavior intervention strategies
  • Support both Autism (4 classrooms) and Early Years/PreK (3 classrooms) programs
  • Maintain up-to-date records and regularly communicate outcomes and strategies with school personnel
