Qualifications & Skills
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist
- Proven experience in school settings, especially supporting elementary or middle school students
- Bilingual fluency in Hebrew and English required
- Strong knowledge in learning and psychological assessments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cultural competency skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and families
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate academic, learning, and psychological needs of a 6th-grade student
- Develop and implement individualized strategies to support student success
- Deliver culturally responsive and bilingual services, communicating effectively in Hebrew and English
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Consult and provide recommendations for educational programming and behavioral interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain detailed records and report findings to the appropriate stakeholders
- Adhere to all school policies and professional guidelines
- Remain available for the duration of the contract, which concludes on September 11, 2026
