Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in education or related field
• Active Texas classroom teaching certificate
• At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience
• Successful completion of the Texas state certification exam for educational diagnosticians
• Previous school-based experience required
• Ability to complete time-sensitive fingerprinting and credentialing requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and strategies
• Write detailed, professional reports outlining findings and recommendations
• Attend and participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Work iteratively between two assigned schools, serving a diverse population of students (age ranges vary)
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop personalized educational plans and interventions
• Maintain accurate, confidential records, adhering to state and district guidelines

This onsite-only role (VOCO/virtual not available) begins August 10, 2026, and extends through May 21, 2027, offering consistent hours—35 per week, Monday through Friday.
