Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as a contract school psychologist in a welcoming educational environment. Over the course of the academic year, you’ll work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide critical support, insight, and interventions that enable student success. This role is scheduled for 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, onsite at a school location in Anoka, MN (site to be determined), providing meaningful continuity throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must hold a valid Minnesota School Psychologist license (submission of license and resume required for consideration)
  • Experience working as a school psychologist in K-12 settings strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of child development, learning interventions, and behavioral assessment
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt support based on student and school needs
  • Preference given to certified school psychologists; however, licensed school social workers open to onsite roles may be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer psychological and educational assessments for students referred by staff or families
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and counselors to develop intervention strategies
  • Participate in student support teams, IEP meetings, and offer consultation to school staff
  • Provide crisis intervention and develop positive behavioral support plans
  • Support social-emotional wellness and learning initiatives to foster a safe, inclusive school climate
