Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB)
• Degree at the Education Specialist or Doctoral level in School Psychology or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based practices, including assessment, intervention, and mental health support
• Commitment to equity, inclusivity, and culturally relevant practices
• Familiarity with federal and state special education laws

Preferred Background:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility
• Experience within an MTSS framework, consultation, and intervention support
• Knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, and postvention strategies
• Leadership or facilitation history in supporting adult learners
• Experience working within urban or multicultural educational environments

Role Overview:

• Serve K-12 students during standard school hours (8 am–4 pm)
• Direct consultation, assessment, and interventions on-site (no telepractice)
• Build relationships with diverse school staff, students, and families
