\nWhat You'll Do:

- Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex tax landscapes and develop effective strategies. \n
- Team Leadership : Mentor and develop our talented staff, seniors, and supervisors, nurturing a culture of growth and learning. \n
- Tax Expertise: Engage in comprehensive tax planning and compliance, managing intricate tax returns and special service engagements. \n
- Client Engagement: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, understanding their business needs beyond tax-related aspects. \n
- Project Management: Efficiently manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality deliverables. \n
- Network Building: Expand your professional network, contributing to our firm's growth and client retention. \n
- Problem Solving: Provide innovative solutions and resolutions to complex tax issues. \n
What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. \n
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required. \n
- Seven or more years of public accounting tax experience. \n
- Experience serving real estate and agribusiness clients is preferred. \n
- Experience working a mid-sized or larger public accounting firm is preferred. \n
- Proficiency with CCH Axcess, CCH Prosystems fx Engagement, CCH AnswerConnect and other tax preparation / research softwares. \n
- Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons. \n
