Job Description
Our organization is in search of a Director of Rehabilitation to spearhead therapy services within our resident-focused senior living community. This leadership position, based on-site, involves managing teams in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP). Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional, tailored rehabilitation programs that enhance independence, safety, and overall quality of life for our senior residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical oversight and guidance for therapy services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and mentor therapy staff, ensuring effective performance.
- Manage scheduling and documentation processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, residents, and their families.
- Foster a warm and compassionate environment that feels like home.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within rehabilitation services.
- Strong knowledge of therapy practices and regulatory requirements.
