Position Responsibilities

  • \n

    Guide a team of Tax Specialists, managing workflow, conducting check-in meetings, and promoting a positive work environment.

    • \n
  • \n

    Review tax department reporting and take on special projects as needed.

    • \n
  • \n

    Evaluate team member performance, providing regular coaching, career planning discussions and year-end reviews.

    • \n
  • \n

    Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the team.

    • \n
\n

Minimum Requirements

  • \n

    High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

    • \n
  • \n

    1+ year in a customer service setting. Experience with exemption certificates is preferred, but we will train you!

  • \n

    Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.

    • \n
\n
