Job Description:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and collaborative School Psychologist to support students across multiple school sites in Rensselaer, IN for the 2026–2027 school year. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work 2–3 days per week while partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success. The district provides strong professional support, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced and developing school psychologists.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
Interpret assessment results and prepare written evaluation reports
Participate in eligibility, case conference, and IEP meetings
Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and related service providers
Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
Assist with the development of behavior intervention strategies and student support plans
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Travel between multiple school buildings using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)

Qualifications:

Valid Indiana School Psychologist license or certification
Thorough knowledge of IDEA and Indiana Article 7 regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively as both a team leader and team member
Experience leading professional development or staff training sessions is preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
