Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold (or be eligible for) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Experience or coursework in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions to students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and family members to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Provide both group and individual therapy sessions as required
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations tailored to each student
- Engage in ongoing professional learning to stay current with best practices and compliance standards
