Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Dearborn, MI

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Hold (or be eligible for) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Experience or coursework in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and family members to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Provide both group and individual therapy sessions as required
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations tailored to each student
• Engage in ongoing professional learning to stay current with best practices and compliance standards
