Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Comfort and familiarity working with students who have autism or wide-ranging communication needs is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students to identify communication and language challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address diverse speech, language, and social communication needs
• Deliver direct therapy services within the elementary school setting
• Work closely with teachers and parents to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide support and training to educational staff on language development strategies and best practices
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings for students receiving speech and language services
