Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license or eligibility in South Carolina
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
- Experience supporting elementary-aged students within school settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Implement therapeutic interventions to address speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment
