Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Springfield, Massachusetts

Join a dedicated multidisciplinary team supporting students and educators as a BCBA/Autism Specialist for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity involves traveling between four school sites to provide expert behavior consultation and autism support. Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (must submit proof with application)
• Strongly prefer experience in school-based BCBA or autism specialist roles
• Proficient in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Adept at coaching teachers and paraprofessionals on evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams supporting autism classrooms
• Reliable transportation required for travel between school sites
• Must successfully complete a drug screen and fingerprint/CORI background check
• Timeliness and clear communication are essential

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct and document FBAs, develop and monitor effective BIPs for identified students
• Observe in classrooms, consult and collaborate with teachers and paraprofessionals to implement behavior supports
• Coach staff on best practices in behavior management and autism support across multiple classrooms
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students with autism, working closely with special education teams
• Communicate student progress and behavior strategies clearly with all stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with school and agency protocols regarding reporting, attendance, and documentation
