Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) State License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Educator Certificate, or ability to obtain
  • Experience or strong interest in early childhood caseloads
  • Confidence in supervising and supporting an SLPA
  • Preference given for in-person availability; hybrid options considered if able to provide in-person SLPA supervision at least three days a week

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct SLP services to a caseload of 50-55 early childhood students
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Supervise and collaborate with an assigned SLPA onsite
  • Participate in IEP meetings and serve as an advocate for students and families
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators, administrators, and parents
  • Maintain accurate and timely progress documentation
