This full-time position serves students within a dynamic educational setting near the New Orleans area. The role begins August 3, 2026, and runs through May 27, 2027, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference every school day. You’ll be working 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, aligned with the school calendar, supporting a caseload and school assignments that will be determined based on district needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and valid BCBA credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Current Louisiana LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) credential through the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board.
  • Prior school-based experience is highly preferred, enabling you to thrive in this environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate and effectively interact with students of varying age groups.
  • Must be able to satisfy district credentialing requirements, including a drug screen and fingerprint background check.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design proactive supports.
  • Monitor student progress and adapt strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
  • Provide training and consultation to school staff and families.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and regulatory guidelines.
