Seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a public therapeutic day school setting on a contract basis. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work either full-time or part-time, based on your availability and preference. As a BCBA, you'll play a crucial role in guiding positive behavioral change and supporting student growth, making a meaningful impact within an educational environment.

Your key qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a therapeutic or special education setting
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and principles
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, support staff, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs in a dynamic school environment
• Passion for fostering inclusive, supportive learning spaces

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and analyzing student needs
• Designing and monitoring targeted behavioral interventions and supports
• Training school staff on effective ABA strategies and intervention protocols
• Collecting data, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and related service providers
• Participating in IEP meetings and parent conferences as required
