Job Summary \n

Reporting to the Social Work Supervisor, the Clinical Social Worker provides direct and indirect social work services to patients and families. \n

Minimum Qualifications \n

• Education \n
  \n
  • Masters in Social Work from an accredited school of social work.
  \n
\n
• Experience \n
  \n
  • Hospital experience required
  \n
  • Knowledge of psycho-social implications of illness and disease on individual and family systems.
  \n
\n
• Licensure and/or Certification \n
  \n
  • LCSW required
  \n
  • LICSW preferred
  \n
\n
• Skills \n
  \n
  • Knowledge of Medical terminology.
  \n
  • Ability to work in a team framework.
  \n
  • Critical thinking skills.
  \n
  • Organizational skills.
  \n
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  \n
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

  • Computer skills required

  • Ability to maintain confidential information
