MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

NOW HIRING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Requirements:

• Must have your own truck or van
• Must have your own tools
• Must have a 30-foot (or taller) ladder
• Must be available to work 40+ hours per week, as needed
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
• Must not be afraid of heights, as some work is performed up to 30 feet high

Job Duties Include:

• Small electrical repairs
• Digging drain tiles
• Tree removal
• Minor masonry work
• Wood repair
• Gutter cleaning
• Painting
• Drywall repair and replacement
• Trash removal
• General property maintenance and other related duties

This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in quality work. Resumes will go directly to the owner. He will call candidates Monday Friday between the hours of 9AM 5:00PM. Good candidates will be eligible for the highest pay.
