Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity between Kent and Tacoma areas with a well-established organization serving the mechanical, plumbing, and hydronic heating industries throughout the Pacific Northwest. This role is ideal for a dependable warehouse professional who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in inventory accuracy, and can manage daily warehouse responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, prepare, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle shipping and receiving duties, including loading, unloading, staging, and verifying materials.
- Operate a forklift safely to move, store, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, safety standards, and proper storage locations.
- Conduct cycle counts, assist with inventory audits, and research inventory discrepancies.
- Open and close the facility as needed while managing daily warehouse priorities independently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work location: Auburn, WA area. Candidates must be able to work in Kent initially, with a future transition to Tacoma in January 2027.
