Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license (Connecticut preferred) and SLP-CCC certification

• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy for students with various speech and language disorders
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Document progress, prepare accurate reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and assistive communication technology, when appropriate
