This full-time contract position will run from September 13, 2026, through February 5, 2027, and offers a chance to focus your expertise at one school site with a dedicated caseload.

You’ll play a key role in shaping students’ communication skills and personal growth during a critical stage of their education. Make a meaningful difference each day by collaborating with educators and families to help students overcome speech and language challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience with adolescent/high school populations in educational settings is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on a collaborative team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive SLP services to high school students, including direct therapy, assessments, and progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Maintain accurate records of services, evaluations, and student progress
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings, eligibility determinations, and ongoing student support discussions
