Qualifications:

• Active RN license—eligible to practice in Georgia
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience as a CVOR RN
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-acuity surgical environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate during cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring patient safety and sterile technique integrity
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff for seamless surgical procedures
• Monitor patients’ vitals and respond promptly to critical changes
• Prepare and maintain operating room instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and discharge as appropriate
