Desired Experience & Skills:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience developing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies within educational settings
- Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills to consult with teachers, staff, and parents
- Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds and varying abilities
Key Responsibilities:
