This is a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated physician to join a full-time position within a new clinical practice, backed by a strong referral network and the extensive resources of a well-established health system.
- Provide comprehensive, high-quality OB/GYN care in both inpatient and outpatient environments, merging clinical excellence with a patient-focused approach.
- Play a key role in the launch of the new Women's Hospital, contributing to the growth, clinical excellence, and culture of Austin's leading maternal care facility.
- Work alongside a skilled, multidisciplinary team—including physicians, advanced practice providers, and committed support staff—to ensure smooth, efficient, and compassionate patient care experiences.
- Utilize advanced surgical technology, including the DaVinci Robotics system during dedicated surgical time, to deliver minimally invasive procedures and enhance patient recovery.
- Engage in a favorable 1:12 hospital call schedule to support the established patient community while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Team includes 2 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, 4 medical assistants, 2 registered nurses, 1 licensed vocational nurse, a clinic manager, 2 surgery schedulers, 3 administrative office staff, and 1 sonography technician.
- Call structure: 1 in 12 for clinic patients.
- Practice setting: Combination of inpatient and outpatient care.
- Equipped with the DaVinci Robotics surgery system and dedicated surgical time.
- Located in a serene, upscale clinic environment in the picturesque Hill Country corridor, with deliveries at the new Women's Hospital focused on women's health.

- Licensure/Certification: Must be a licensed physician (MD/DO) credentialed by the Texas Medical Board prior to the hire or transfer date.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) is required.
