Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to enhance the well-being of residents within our senior living community. This position is based on-site in the Healthcare & Medical Services department.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute personalized treatment plans as directed by an Occupational Therapist.
• Focus on enhancing residents' independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and provide training on adaptive equipment.
• Support functional mobility and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
