Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist - Bastrop, Texas - 26/27

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Bastrop, TX for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for a flexible hybrid schedule while making an impact supporting students across K-12 grade levels.

Position Details

• Position: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Bastrop, TX
• School Year: 2026-2027
• Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload: K-12
• Compensation: $50-$60 per hour (based on experience and district budget)
• Interview Status: District is actively interviewing

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license or ability to obtain
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking required
• ASHA CCCs preferred
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
• Complete evaluations, assessments, and documentation as required
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Provide services through both onsite and virtual platforms
