Qualifications/Experience Sought:
- Valid state license or eligibility as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLPA, or SLP-CFY (as appropriate)
- Pediatric experience or a strong desire to work in school-based settings
- Teletherapy and in-person therapy experience highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and case management capabilities
Typical Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans
- Deliver therapy—onsite and/or via teletherapy—to diverse pediatric populations
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Keep accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide mentorship to SLP-CFYs and supervise support staff as needed
